Hello everyone, welcome or welcome back to Women Empowering Women Blog, thank you for your time. You being here does not only show me that you want to support me, but it also shows me that you want to empower yourself and other women as well and that is outstanding so thank YOU.
Today I would like us to talk about a few important issues that most of us women go through and how we should acknowledge that we are in this together, so we should be there for each other. People nowadays look out for themselves only so if we look out for each other we are making life easier for each other? Wouldn’t you want to have someone there for you?
Here is the first struggle we go through,
Talking about our feelings.
I know several women who don’t like talking about their feelings because society has considered it to be a weak factor, but I also know people like me - who would like to talk about their feelings, but can’t because they have a fear of being judged for how they feel, but have you considered that some people feel the most connected to their friends/ family when they talk and open up about how they feel?
So maybe opening up about how you feel is not such a bad idea, it is okay to tell someone – “you can cry” or “let it out.”
2. Being on periods
Almost all women have periods and that is a NORMAL thing, its natural, but other people make it seem like a bad thing, other girls and women should know that having a bloodstain on your pants is not a sin, I mean they did not know that they will have their period, right?
When someone needs a pad/ tampons, I think the right thing to do is to just help them out if you can, but think about when something like that happens to you - you would want someone to give you a pad right, so why can’t you do the same?
We women should look after each other because if we do not who will?
3. Eating too much
Are there such things as “eating too much”? No, how does another person know if someone is full or not, we women should not have to feel embarrassed to eat 4 slices of bread or to go to the kitchen to get seconds, but if we stare at a person when they do one of the two, they will most definitely feel embarrassed. Women should not feel judged for eating as much as they want.
4. One’s beauty.
Women should not have to wear makeup to feel beautiful and even though it is not a topic that is well known, it does happen. I do not know much about this topic, but I do know that some teenagers and older women feel the need to wear makeup to feel beautiful and that is so not true, we should tell each other more than we are beautiful because we are all beautiful with or without makeup.
5. Acne
Pimples are normal, they do not define anyone, and we should be confident and happy with our acne scars and blackheads. we should love ourselves with or without our acne and commenting about someone’s acne scars is considered to make us feel embarrassed about ourselves so please be careful when you are commenting to a person about their physical appearance.
Those are the few struggles we are going to mention, we should be careful of what we say to other girls and women, because we do not know the other person’s insecurities, and we should not be quick to judge others as well.
On my brand, which also represents women empowering women I have so many things that represent us women empowering each other, and I think you will be incredibly happy to wear something comfortable and something that sends the same message you want to send which is us women supporting each other, so you should check the website out, maybe even get a few things for yourself and another for a close friend.

BEFORE WE OFFICIALLY END THIS WEEKENDS BLOG let us get into the blogs traditions:
Quote of the week:
“When one door of happiness closes, another opens; but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one which has been opened for us.” – Helen Keller
When I read this, I thought it was perfect for this blog, no one is perfect, and even though everyone has beautiful factors about them that we should be appreciating we tend to focus on the things they are not good at, we should not do that we should empower each other. FOCUS ON THE POSITIVE!
WE ARE IN THIS TOGETHER!
2. A little gift
I usually recommend a gift, but for this blog, I decided that we should buy ourselves our favorite things, whatever they may be, and I know what I am getting myself: A box of chocolates because that is my favorite thing in the world and even though chocolates give us acne, I will make an exception just this once.
What is your favorite thing?
ONE FINAL THING:
